McDonald's Egg McMuffin was the inspiration for my McArcher sandwiches.

1 slice of ham or 1 slice of bacon, cut in two pieces, fried, and drained.
1 egg, fried hard in Pam.
1 slice cheese
1 English muffin, toasted.
Put together as a sandwich. Enjoy!
