Healthy Spice Cake

1 spice cake mix
1 single can pumpkin
1 teas cinnamon, optional


Mix together these two or three ingredients. Bake according to direction on the box.


Frost before serving with Lite Cool Whip.


This very good and very healthy spice cake recipe came from my daughter, Pam.
It can also be used with a chocolate cake mix.
No oil and no eggs.
It's delicious, nutritious, easy.

Sounds delicious...do you use the small can or larger can of pumpkin. Is it plain pumpkin or the pumpkin pie variety? Thanks so much.
