Honey-Glazed Carrots

This is so good and so easy, I had to share it here.
This only serves two but you can double or triple or whatever!
It came from a Microwave Cookbook for One or Two.

1-1/2 cups sliced carrots (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 cups water
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
Dash ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
1 Tablespoon chopped pecans

1. Wash, peel, & slice carrots.
Combine with water in 1 quart casserole with lid.
Cover & microwave on high 8-9 minutes stirring after 4 minutes.
Let it stand covered for another 2 minutes.
2. Drain, stir in butter and cinnamon. Drizzle with honey; mix gently.
Cover & microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle with pecans.

Enjoy...it really is delicious!!!
